We’ve added some 8-Week Group Fitness series to our 2026 schedule! Keep an eye out for details and get ready to try something new.
New Class Spotlight
We’re excited to introduce Pedal & Release, a brand-new class led by Nicole Goldman. This unique class combines a 30 minute cycling session, followed by a 15 minute combined cool down, stretch, and release using a foam roller and therapy ball to loosen tight muscles, enhance mobility, and help your body unwind so you finish feeling strong, relaxed and fully recharged.
