As the cold weather sets in, it’s the prefect time to boost your health and have some fun at the Fitness Centre!

Join our Healthy Immunity Challenge, inspired by the classic game of Snakes and Ladders. Each day you come in, roll the big dice and move your game piece:

  • Land on a healthy habit (like an exercising veggie) and climb the ladder!
  • Land on an immunity-lowering habit (like junk food or stress) and slide down to the virus below!
Be the first to reach the final square and win! But don’t worry, everyone who signs up and participates is entered into TWO extra prize draws.

NEW! Yoga Fusion
Join Rachelle on Fridays at 11:15am for a revitalizing class that blends yoga, stretching, and mindful movement. The perfect way to relax and reset before the weekend.

Barre
If you haven’t joined us yet, this class is a must-try! Held on Wednesdays at 11:30am, Barre offers a full-body workout combining some classic ballet inspired movements with traditional interval training exercises, all choreographed to energizing music.
