Program Design
Have one of our trainers create a custom workout program for you to follow on your own. This service includes an in-person consultation, where the trainer will inquire about goals, limitations and anything else they require to create a program tailored to your needs. After the consultation, you and the trainer will schedule another session to go through the workout(s) in-person to review proper technique and setup.

One on One Training
Individual sessions involve the trainer instructing, guiding and motivating the client in order to maximize results that are tailored to the individual’s goals. Each package includes a complimentary consult to discuss clients current fitness levels, goals and any health related information necessary.

We offer small group training for those interested in working in groups of 3-5. We can customize packages for those who are looking for something different or those of you who are looking to create “team building” events within their company or department.
